Steps for Paper Submission

Please log in Electronic Submission System, fill in related information and submit your paper. You will be notified after the staff get the review result, which normally around 7-15 days after submission. If you did not receive the feedback after the duration, please contact ic_aespe@163.com .

Create an Yanfajia account (for new user)
Log in Yanfajia system with user name and password
Fill out the form and upload your paper in .doc and .pdf format
Complete the submission and make sure you receive a response from conference secretary

Templates for submission

The paper should be no less than 4 pages. The paper is limited with 4 pages, including figures, tables & references (Additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $50 per additional page)

Publication Information

After rigorous review by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee, the final accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Press for publication as conference proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for retrieval.

Review Process

1. All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.

2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

3. Review comments will be communicated to you and you may be required to do necessary revisions and send revised paper before camera-ready paper submission deadline.

Plagiarism Policy

The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal. Reuse of material previously published by the authors is possible under the conditions that the authors fully disclose (cite) the reference and clearly highlight the innovative contribution of the AESPE 2025 submission and the significance of this contribution.
