The 2nd International Conference on Advanced Energy Systems and Power Electronics (AESPE 2026) , completed its successful online proceedings on 8 May 2026. Hosted by Hangzhou Dianzi University, it attracted international specialists to deliberate upon renewable energy access to power grids, smart grid systems and power electronics research. Attendees benefited from motivating keynote talks from Prof. Zugang Liu, Prof. Wangnan Li and Dr. Arvind R. Singh, as well as lively oral paper and poster sharing sessions. Prof. Wensheng Yan spoke at the opening and closing ceremonies for the university based organizing committee. He highlighted how joint academic efforts can drive energytechnology innovation to achieve carbon neutral development.

The 2025 International Conference on Advanced Energy Systems and Power Electronics (AESPE 2025) was successfully convened from June 13 to 15 at the Wenxi Campus of Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU). The event, held in the First Meeting Room on the third floor of the Administration Building, was hosted by HDU and drew over a hundred leading experts and scholars from around the globe. The conference served as a premier platform for in-depth dialogue across critical research domains, including advanced energy systems, smart grid technologies, power electronics applications, intelligent energy systems, and the Energy Internet of Things (IoT). Keynote addresses were delivered by distinguished professors from esteemed institutions such as Zhejiang University, Universiti Putra Malaysia, and Hangzhou Dianzi University. These sessions facilitated robust exchanges among experts, engineers, and R&D professionals dedicated to technological innovation in energy and power electronics.
